Hello, my name is Rachel and thank you for visiting my website. I have always been athletic and involved in health and fitness. Starting in grade school, I was a competitive gymnast for 8 years, and played softball in middle school. When I was 16, I found the Fitness America Pageant’s on ESPN.
After college, and moving to Florida, I was fortunate enough to meet some people who wanted to help me in my journey to competitive fitness. I was quickly addicted to the sport of physique competitions & have been working towards those goals ever since. I first competed in figure in 2006 and thoroughly enjoyed it. I started training to transition to my true passion, fitness. I trained hard and worked even harder. After suffering several injuries, I was disappointed to learn that I had 2 herniated discs in my neck. My training techniques had to be modified…
It was that injury that decided my fate. I decided that I wanted to be able to help people train, and become more active…the RIGHT way. How to focus on form, in order to avoid injury. I obtained my certification in 2007, from the ISSA, to be a Certified Fitness Trainer. Knowing that true health and well-being is a mix of proper training and balanced eating, I added another ISSA certification, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, in 2010.
Also in September of 2010, I was introduced to an amazing wellness system called Isagenix. The products are all-natural, gluten free, and soy free. The basic premace of the system begins with a cellular cleanse. After you remove the toxins, your body is more able to utilitze the amazing nutrition you’ll find in their products. Physicians, professional athletes and many industry experts in the health and wellness industry are involved with the company.
Together with all of these strategies, I have committed my life to helping people achieve the health and wealth that they’ve been searching for all their lives. I am truly blessed to be doing what my heart loves to do – help people!!
